Serving Showcase
Making it your mission to serve others is no small call to answer and no easy task to complete. Some are called to serve locally and others are called to serve globally. They sacrifice, serve, and work hard to gain support along the way. They are serving, and we want to showcase them; who they are, their mission, and how you can help and partner with them. Each month we will showcase a new person, couple, or group of people who are serving God and following His call on their lives.
We ask that you become a prayer partner for them, and consider supporting them financially as well.

DISCIPLESHIP: Provide participants with a safe environment to promote spiritual growth and a daily walk with Christ while modeling how to disciple others. SERVICE: Give participants opportunities to serve others in the surrounding area and ultimately prepare them for a life of service. PREPARATION: Prepare participants for the next stages of life, including active participation in the Kingdom of God and a local church body. |
Jess & Caleb
|
Who: This is Caleb and Jess Bryan, 26 years old, from Hendersonville, North Carolina. They met in college at the age of 19, and just a few short years into their relationship they were more than ready to marry each other. They have now been married for three and a half years. Caleb and Jess both grew up in the church. As many kids do being raised in the church, Caleb gave his life to Jesus at the young age of 10 years old. Jess had a bit of a different story that Caleb was a huge part of. She chose to follow Jesus at 21 years old and has not looked back since. In Hendersonville, they had very different jobs than they do now. Caleb was a Turf-grass Manager and Jess was a Hairstylist. Now God has called them to Juarez, Mexico. They are part of a church plant there where they serve as worship pastors and full time missionaries with Algo Más. They love people and discipleship with every part of their being and are extremely passionate about worship and bringing a teaching of bold and audacious worship to the people of Ciudad Juarez.
Where: Juarez, Mexico. In September of 2017 they moved to begin their ministry and to help start Algo Más Church. They are there to serve the city of Juarez for the long run; but will follow God's calling anywhere He leads. What are they doing: Discipling, worshipping, leading & loving others. First and foremost, they are discipling the people of Juarez, and they are leading and teaching worship with Algo Más. They partner with another ministry in the area that builds homes for families in need. They also partner with an orphanage in the city where they get to love on kids!
